I hope you’re doing well!
My Board asked me to research to identify a good database to manage: Membership information, Membership billing, Membership communication, EID participant information & communication, Downtown vacancies, etc.  We are currently using Filemaker Pro which is an incredible data management program, but it has a very steep learning curve and has been responsible for Administrative Assistants throwing up their hands (and leaving!).
Would you kindly put out a request for me on the ListServe to learn what others are using to manage their contacts/data?
