[OMS_MANAGERS] Flags

[Willamette Main Street]

What size are your pole banners? We just got the city to approve them but
they want us to get 30x60 which seems very large. We originally researched
24x48. I would be interested to know what size other cities have.  Also,
what does the city charge you to put them up? They want to charge us
$100/pole.
