[OMS_MANAGERS] Flags

Ours are 30 x 84 and done local with UV coating, double faced, double 
stitched w/ two 4" pockets for post hardware and two grommets.  The cost 
is $121, but you are allowed to change designs (different images, 
letters etc. no extra charge) and there is no shipping cost involved.
