[OMS_MANAGERS] Art in vacant windows

Hi all,

The Dallas Downtown Association is working on a project to put art
installations into the windows of some vacant downtown businesses. For
other communities that have done this, I was wondering how you dealt with
lighting the windows at night? If you set something up with an automatic
timer, what types of lights you used, who the bill went to, etc. Thanks!!
