[OMS_MANAGERS] Upcoming Workshop

Hello everyone,
Klamath Falls is hosting Jack Applegate for an “Existing Building Code” workshop November 18, 11:30-3 pm.  See attached flyer. He spoke about successful building code interpretation for those redeveloping older or historical buildings at the Oregon Main Street Networking meeting in Astoria recently.
 We are bring him here to Klamath Falls because of our push to get building owners to consider redeveloping their upper levels into housing.  If this is something your communities are interested in, this may be for you.
