Good Morning Oregon Main Street Partners

I am reaching out to identify communities that have instituted a "Derelict Building Code" (or similar code) to support preservation and/or revitalization of downtown.

We (City staff) are considering the possibility of presenting more stringent codification to the City Council.  If your community has adopted code that addresses derelict building, would you consider sharing that with Woodburn?  Also, if your community has met resistance or challenge with the code, it would be helpful to hear about the outcome of the challenge as well.
