[OMS_MANAGERS] FLSA update

I just received an update from one of my fellow state coordinators regarding the FLSA. It appears, for now, nothing changes from how things have been for a long time. The salary threshold for exempt status remains $23,600. This is not my area of expertise so I encourage you to further research this if you have any questions about the impacts to your program.
