Hey Kelly,
Maestro is cloud based and has unlimited users. Sales Force is free for
501c3 nonprofits, but expensive otherwise and has 10 users. You can store
facade improvement photos on maestro. Not sure about other photos? I also
have those on Gdrive shared with my organization.
