[OMS_MANAGERS] Medical Insurance?

We don't have a stipend here, but my roommate is a health care actuary, and
he mentioned there are groups that will rally together to provide blanket
insurance coverage for others to pay into (for small NPOs). Is this
something National Main Street or OMS could look into?
