[Opds-contracts] E-Board Hearing 4/23/2020 re PDSC SPA

Good afternoon,

Attached to this email, please find a letter from our Legislative Director, Kimberly McCullough, regarding the Emergency Board ("E-Board") hearing that was held today. During the hearing, the E-Board voted to release of a portion of the $20 million Special Purpose Appropriation ("SPA") authorized by HB 5050 (2019). The attached letter explains this in greater detail.
