SUBJECT:	OPEN BURNING ANNOUNCEMENT

TO:		DUTY OFFICER
		OREGON EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT

FROM:		ODF METEOROLOGIST

Burning advisory for: Thursday, October 4th, 2007  (corrected day of
week)

Agricultural burning:
  Based on air quality considerations agricultural burning is allowed.  
  Suggested burn times are from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Backyard burning inside special control areas:
  Based on air quality considerations backyard burning is allowed from
8:00am to 5:00pm.

Individuals must contact their local fire department for specific
information.
