SUBJECT:       OPEN BURNING ANNOUNCEMENT

FROM:          ODF METEOROLOGIST

ISSUED:        Wednesday, May 26th, 2010 at 4:00 p.m.

Burning advisory for: Thursday, May 27th, 2010

Agricultural burning:
  Based on air quality considerations recommend agricultural burning
  be limited to the period 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.


Backyard burning inside special control areas:
  Based on air quality considerations backyard burning is allowed from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Individuals must contact their local fire department for specific information.
