The Represented Employee Frequently Asked Questions for layoff on the
HRSD web site were recently revised.   The new FAQs are accessable at
the following URL:  http://www.das.state.or.us/DAS/HR/LRU.shtml under
the link "SEIU Layoff FAQs."

 

The revisions reflect changes in contract language and the addition of
new questions.  While some minor revisions were made to many questions,
the major revisions were to Questions number 4, 6 and 22.  The new
questions--many of which relate to LDs--are Questions number 5, 11, 12,
13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18.
