County, Salem, Oregon. Previously a patient at Multnomah County Hospital, 
Portland, Oregon. 
  Robert Swafford's body released to Miller & Tracy Funeral Home, Portland, 
Oregon. Buried Riverview Cemetery, Portland, Multnomah County, Oregon.
