[or-roots] Where is this creek?

that's my school aright. The lower end which is the north end is
a problem for long time. There was a sawmill just beyond north
boundary of the school campus.

In heavy rains at times when the Willamette get too high, the area
would get overflowed from the east and from the underground sewer
line which run east to northwest just north of the football field,
flooding at least 3 times right up to the doors of the high school.

The last time like that was in Feb 1996. The flooded area get dubbed
"Lake Panther".
