[or-roots] Onnie Ramsdell

Nancy, I've sent the three pictures of Onnie to my site photographer,
Julie Hendricks, who will turn them into JPGS, now that her computer is
working again. Meanwhile, who is this person? Nancy Hemstreet Rhinehart,
(?-1930) Any info you can  come up with will be greatly appreciated.
