[or-roots] Wheeler and Ferris/Farris update

Thank you to those who responded to my e-mail. I was able to correct a few mistakes. The name I had was incorrect. It should have been KATHERINE rather than Kathleen. With that information I was able to find she married a man named FARRIS, rather than Ferris, and everything else has come together.
