Hello,


My cousin says she has the hand mirror that my great great grandmother
carried with her from Maine to California and then up to Oregon where they
finally settled and lived the rest of their lives.

They came in a covered wagon back in the 1860's.  She says the mirror is
cloudy and that the wood needs restained. She wants it to be restored.

My great great grandmother Vesta Victoria Williams Rowe is buried somewhere
out in the Eugene Pioneer Cemetery. Along with her husband Alden Rowe.

Their old home has been restored and is now an attorney's office in Eugene.

I think I have my cousin talked into giving the mirror to a historical
society in Eugene.  Does anyone have an address for one up there, where I
could write to them??
