Actualy I wrote a book in the process of tring to sort things out.
Some of the sources are
Land claime records #300
Cayuse War records
Obituary of James R. Leabo Oregonian Aug 25, 1898
1870 Cencus Benton Co.
Diary of Reverend G. H. Atkinson page 393
Clatsop co. death certificate 4636
Marine Men Engaged in the Waters of the Northwest page 477

1850 Cencus shows that there was some connections to the Lee's and the
Leabo's
They are found in a boarding house after arrival to the area, This shows
Emily A Father to be Orlando Lee.
The listing of her brother and sisters however does corralate with latter
documentation.

The 1860 Cencus shows that Philander Lee and James Crimm are attached
parcels of properity and that wife is Charlotte and ajoing property is James
R Leabo Property #1068,1070,1071

The 1870 Cencus shows a Josiah 18 Leabo with a Philander Lee which is more
likley the grandchild of Philander, parentsEmily Lee and James Roland Leabo.
note that by this time James is no longer in Clackamas

The 1880 Cecus  shows James is found in Yamhill Co. Lafayette,Dist and with
wife and children.  None of the children
from the first marriage are with him.  Notice that James list Tennesee as
his state of birth on all cencus.
This would concie with the Leabo history of fwhere Isiac and Sarah married
and there travles with general Lafayette.

I then pulled marriage records of the Clackmas Co. Records showing exact
dates of both marriages.

I found in the Oregon history books a copy of the Diary of Reverand  G.H
Atkinson that list the Marriage of James Leabo it list the Daughter of
Orlando Lee

Later list the Death of Emily wife of James and a infant at birth Dec 15
1857  This explains his second wife Charotte, who apparently lost her
husband as well (my doc #7)

I found in State Libarary History of Willamette Valley by Lang on page 681 a
history of Lee, Philander but does not tie in Emily A.

In the Oregon Daily Journel I found two articles.  One on Albert H. Lee and
one on A.L. Lee.

Doc 10 is a list of my re cords of Decendents any help on the abouve would
be appreciated.

Much more but this will cover what you ate discussing.
