[or-roots] Delena, Columbia County Oregon

Delena is a community a few miles east of Clatskanie, some  10 miles or
less down the Columbia River from Longview, Washington.  It is probably
closer to the Columbia River than Clatskanie but all in the same area.  No
longer has a post office.
