[or-roots] Carla's Hawley and Shields connections

[D. J. Brotherton]

My grandmother was married to a F. D. Hawley .  They were married 8/7/1874,
in Anamosa, Wyoming County, Iowa.  Her name was Alvina Jane Lewis Brown -
Sometimes she went by Jane instead of Alvina.

Is This Hawley in your Hawley connection?  She came to Oregon in 1882 as a
widow.
