  This photo is one that belonged to my father, Alva Harrington (1918-1994).  My Dad is the man on the far right in what appears to be a wedding photo.  The other individuals are apparently not related to my Dad.  

  I would guesstimate the time period to be the 1940's.  My father grew up in Sherwood, Washington County, Oregon.  He graduated from Tigard High School in 1936.  Most likely the wedding couple are from the Sherwood/Tigard/Newberg area.  My father also served in the Civilian Conservation Corps, so the groom could have possibly been a friend from that association also.
