Les reminded me (I'm the "lady" [my husband might dispute that term] that corroborated the report) that I
have SpyBot on my machine and hadn't used it for awhile.  Ran it today and found four spies in the
registry.  Could be the problema.

Someone, who won't be named and is probably now "out of my will", downloaded a program on my computer
sometime back that also added many spies.  The program is gone now, as are the spies, but I still use
Spybot because I think it makes for a safer system. The "someone" has committed to never download anything
without permission again <G>.
