Dear jockswim,
     This is a mailing list with several hundred subscribers, including you. 
Every one of those subscribers voluntarily put themselves on that mailing 
list, in order that they may post queries and other messages, like you did so you 
could post your initial Rupprath message. Part and parcel of the deal is that 
you and every one of the several hundred will receive every one of those 
queries and other messages that are posted.
     This means that several hundred of us have to receive every one of your 
recent rather rude and....well, somewhat foolish postings. It is unfortunate 
but certainly understandable that one of those several hundred people refered 
to those postings as "stupid." 
     It appears you want off this mailing list. Most of the rest of us would 
like that too. Please follow the instructions that several kind people have 
given you and make both yourself and all the rest of us happy.
     Lastly, I want to make it clear that "jockswim" or "jacqueswim" is 
absolutely not the same person as "Swimref" who sometimes posts here.
