My Dad's SSDI says Lebanon, Linn, Oregon but he actually died in Corvallis which is in Benton County.

If you know where she actually died that is where to look for the death certificate.

The Oregon Death index for my dad says Benton County.

If you can give me your aunt's name I can check the Oregon Death Index.  Ancestry goes through 1998 so she should be in it if she did die at Umatilla.

  If I remember correctly, the SSDI shows the Last Residence not the place of death so a person could be a resident of Umatilla but die in Walla Walla.  If that is the case, you would need to get the certificate from Washington.
