[or-roots] Marriage Certificate Vs Return of Marriage

Is there a calculator or something out there to estimate the months in which 
they might have been born. The event dates I have are:

1910 Census  Enumerated May 5th 1910 She was 6
Marriage On January 14 1919 she was 16
1920 Census Enumerated on January 5th 1920 she was 16
First Birth Viola Marva White February 16 1920 She was 17
1930 Census Enumerated on April 16th 1930 she was 26

It almost looks like she had her birth moth between Jan 1st and Feb 16th. 
But if that were the case wouldn't she be 27 April 1930?


With the SSI that someone mentioned. I've searched that several times and 
have come up with nothing. The problem also is that I'm afraid that she 
never got a SS # since she was a home maker.

With the information about certificate 0648 in the Oregon Archives, I have 
that on and it's the return of Marriage form.

Oh Sigh.. Keeps me up at night pondering what happened to her. Why she left 
her daughter, Where did she go after 1930, where did she die when did she 
die how did she.  I guess that is the side effects of doing geneology! =)
