[or-roots] Clark County pioneer lookup please?

Greetings to owners of the Clark County Pioneers book!
I would greatly appreciate a look-up of Jeptha (aka
J.C.) Parrott, his wife Zetta or their two children W.
Clifford or Carroll Parrott - 

The only data I have is a letter from the Clark County
Superintendent of Schools in 1963, verifying my
grandfather showed in their census.  It is a school
census of children between ages of 5 and 21 years of
age, residing in School District 20, McCarty, Clark
County Washington on the first day of May, 1911.

Father: J.C. Parrott. Name of Child: Carroll. Date of
birth: 12/8/1896. Sex: M.

My grandfather E.C. (went by Carroll) Parrott had no
birth certificate and was attempting to prove his
birth or age to get a passport - this was one of the
documents. He tried from 1947-1963 to get a passport,
but could not gather sufficient proof.

Any information on the the school, it's location or
these individuals would be wonderful.
