buried.
But thought I would send you just in case you haven't seen, of course scroll
down to Scappoose Precinct, for your William Poppleton

All this recent "talk" about cemeteries and burials .... prompted me to
throw this question to y'all ...

William Poppleton, pioneer, immigrated to Oregon in 1853, lived in Scappoose
... moved to Lafayette and died on 05 Aug. 1874, right there ..... But I am
unable to find where he is buried.  Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated.
