Carrol mentioned that they aren't listed in 1900 as Indian, though in 1910
Susan and her family are listed as Umatilla Indians. I did manage with her
suggestion to find Isadore in Wolf Creek.

I worked backwards to see why he isn't indexed as a Rondeau, here he is;

now how in the heck was I supposed to come up with that variation???

To add insult to the injury Heritage Quest is being real unreliable today,
just now it seems to be down completely.

I find a Manford Rondeau grandson of Abraham Gilbeaux, Gilbauch, Gilbeaugh
or Gilbraugh (last version is my reading of 1920 census) in 1920 and am not
having much luck figureing out who his parents are either. Odds are he is
from the same family though.

I guess that will give me something more to look for next time I go to the
county seat.
