Ah, yes. And along that line.
 
I have taken scans of some of the "family photos" or "50th anniversary" photos, lightened them up
considerably, then typed numbers on the "faces" of each person. A list down below will identify the folks.
 
Also useful to send off to the elders -- a "good" copy, plus the "working copy" -- so s/he can write in
the names of those s/he knows.

I have found that it is helpful to put the family group sheet at the back of  pictures to identify who it
is of.   That is in the plastic archival 3 ring binder sleeves.    Hope that makes sense.
