Dan's right. There are viruses/worms out there that will choose random 
addresses to use in the "From" field when sending a message -- it's called 
spoofing. Sooner or later almost everyone gets an email telling them that a 
message they've supposedly sent to someone was rejected for some reason. If 
you know you didn't send the message it's an indication your email address 
has been used in that manner, and about all you can do is delete the 
message and forget it.
