Diane;

You didn't say if you had tried to correlate the marraige info with census
info, if you lack access to Census gives us their names and I'm sure
somebody can pin them down.

Here is what I came up with for populated places with Indian in htem in
Washington;

Feature Name St County Equivalent Name Type USGS 7.5' Map
Indian Beach WA Island populated place 480948N 1223112W Camano
Indianola WA Kitsap populated place 474450N 1223128W Suquamish
Indian Village WA Skagit populated place 483423N 1223858W Cypress
Island

Andrew Adams doesn't seem to be in Washington in 1880, in 1900 I find;

 Surname Given Name Age Sex Race Birthplace State County Location
Year
     ADAMS  ANDREW   		M 	W 	UNKN 		WA 	WHITMAN  	41-PCT S PULLMAN  	1900
     ADAMS  ANDREW J 37 		M 	W 	TN 		WA 	KING  	8-WD SEATTLE  		1900
     ADAMS  ANDREW J 77 		M 	W 	PA 		WA 	LINCOLN  	FAIRVIEW PCT 24-TW  	1900

 Lotsa Luck.

Les C

I just found a marriage for ancestors in Indian Valley...no state given.
But, I am sure it is Washington, perhaps in the area of Elma, Grays Harbor
County, Washington. The JP was Andrew Adams, who preformed the ceremony in
1887. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks, Diane
