Hi!

You might check with the National Archives in Oregon for those records.  If 
you go to the Oregon State Archives home page click on "SEARCH" and type in 
"Civilian Conservation" and run a search. It will bring up a list of items 
that should help you find what you are looking for--including the National 
Archives.
