my little two  cents worth also.  the paper says since florida had such a time with the hurricanes last year that people are going to start moving out here.  count that with the open border and we have a cetain kind of mess staring at us.  i live in sun city and the price of homes is skyrocketing.  good for me and others like me but not so good for buyers.
