Glad you asked that question. Rather it is two ways..
Yes - IF the Oregon's TP coordinator choose to link.
Yes - IF the submitter gives permission to have copy of photo placed in
USGenWeb Archives for Oregon. I already have permission for quite a number
of photos to have copy made.
The GPP is easier process than the direct one in which the photos might not
be uniform, giving the TP coordinator headaches.
