I forget what exact poor farm the subject came up for, but in Lane county
the Oregon State Archives hold some information of relevance;

Report of Lane County Farm-Poor], 1912, 1915-1916, 1918-1919 (.10 cu.ft.);
Judge Fisk Files [Lane County Poor Farm Reports], 1932 (.05 cu.ft.);
Judge Fisk Files [Old Age Assistance List], 1936-1937 (.10 cu.ft.);
Judge Fisk Files [Pauper Records], 1867-1872, 1911-1914 (.10 cu.ft.);
Record of Widow's Pensions [with index], vol. 1, 1915-1937 (1 volume).

I suspect they probably also hold info for most other poor farms.
