When you are there, try the local library.  Often they have a collection
of city directories for the area.  I have done that in the past with
good success.

Oops, I guess I didn't make myself clear.  I am traveling to Wisconsin
to
try to find the home where my gr-mother was born.  I have the census
reports, but they don't show street names. I've tried some directories
searches, but nothing specific enough.  I have communicated with the
county
historical society, so I will be checking in with them when I get there.
Just though someone could give me some leads to follow.
