[or-roots] genealogical gold mine

HQonline is part of ProQuest and Ancestry.com has an agreement with 
ProQuest to market Ancestry.com Library Suite. So whatever is in 
HQonline is beyond Ancestry.com' reach to remove. It's ProQuest having 
to deal with that.

I just ran a search on these books at Copyright office, Library of 
Congress. These Oregon books aren't registered or under any copyright.
Only the Idaho books are.
