Best I could come up with is Central which is a historic post office in Linn
Co. per Linn Genealogical Society;

Postoffice/Postmaster		 Established	 Discontinued
Central	Joel Ketchum 	July 13, 1852 	Apr. 19, 1861

According to GNIS;

it appears to be about 12 miles or so east of Albany, about where highway 20
crosses Burkhart Creek, just a few miles southeast of Draperville if that
means anything. There is still a cemetery there called Central cemetery, and
if you think that might be relevant it is online;
