Sometimes people have spent some time checking and when they "send" their response they get the responses from others in their e-mail.  I feel the same way as Cecil, the delete button works well.  

I'd rather get several responses and feel it is confirmed than to get none.

  Since about six people have now answered this query with the same answer, there should be no reason for even more of the same answers! Before you send off your reply, don't you ever check to see if anyone else has already sent the same information??
