[or-roots] Do you remember punch boards?

I do remember that!  We were in Astoria, waiting for the ferry, and were allowed to get perhaps one pick
each. Didn't win anything, but I was wondering just the other day what had happened to those.
 
As a child, I thought they were somehow recycled, and that I should give my losing scroll back.
