Hello Penny
Finally had a chance to do some checking on this message of yours, I have a number of White's in my family but not a lot of data on them and none match up with yours and I have not researched that branch of the family.

Robert White married Lydia Arthur in 1879.  Robert came out on the first Oregon Wagon Train.  Robert was born Sept 3, 1847 in Andrew County, Missouri and died in Malheur County, Oregon on July 14, 1916.  Lydia was born on Feb 1860 in Oregon.  They had three children: Lena White, b .Jan 28, 1893; Birt White b. April 1879 and Andrew White b.  May 1887.
Robert secondly married Melissa Jackson in 1886.  Lydia secondly married John James Woolery,  1889.  Has anyone heard of any of these people?
