I looked this up in the Heritage Quest 1930 census images because I was curious why so many entries had been "Xed" out.  From what I see the census taker originally entered the "Xed" out data on the worksheet for the wrong precinct and then it was "Xed" out and reentered on the worksheet for the correct precinct.  I found the corrected entry in West Linn precinct #1.  Heritage West reference:  1930 census, Oregon, Clackamas, West Linn #1.  Series T626, Roll 1940, page 215.

All of the data is the same as the data in Darlene's message except that when the census taker copied the data to the correct worksheet he changed the valuation of Mr. Cabak's house from $4500 to $4000. The Street address is not readable.

  It looks as if the road might be "Robert (something)", but I am unable to decipher the whole thing.  There is no house number.  Most of the families are shown as living on Pacific Highway.  Many of the entries on this census have been X'd through, this one included.  Obviously, I have no idea why.
