Yes, and his stone in the Hopewell Cemetery is just a very nondescript  stone 
with only his name and dates. I guess the family probably did that  because 
they did not want it vandalized. If you go to the Polk County Museum in  
Rickreall, they have quite a lot of information on Johnny Ray and have had  a couple 
of good programs on him as well.
