I always "download" my HQ files to PDF. Is that what you are doing? Have
not had any problems so far.

|If you are using Windows Ineternet Explorer to download
|Heritage Quest files to save to you computer, beware of
|upgrading to the latest version, I cannot save HQ files
|without a terriffic fight for at least half of them and hit
|two this morning that would NOT save, so am resorting to
|pasting them into a Word Web page which is clunky but works in
|a couple extra steps while the old way sometime takes ten when
|it works.

Further to this string, I downloaded IE7 and look what happened

Explorer Version 7 totally lost me the capability to scan to pdf with my
HP All in One Scanner etc.
HP are working on solution and have "work round" from their website .
This might affect others.
