My father would have been incarcerated there prior to about 1932.  My  oldest 
half sister was born in 1932 and he can be accounted for then but not  from 
about 1918 to 1931-32.  No one seems to be able to find records that  far back 
for inmates.  They are probably in some musty basement somewhere  and if the 
incarceration missed a federal census it may be impossible to pin  down.
