I thought that was againt the "nerd" law or something, I haven't had much
luck with Verizon tech support, mot of the time when we have problems it
isn't durning their "office hours" - no 24 our a day tech support here!

of course the biggest problem we have had turned out to be our fault, my son
busted a wire in our service box and didn't realize it until he went back to
double check it after a month of having our internet go down every time the
phone rang, someone hung up.
