Hi, Diane,  Mind if I ask where you live in the high desert?  We have friends that live north of Powell Butte.  Part of their property overlooks the Crooked River Gorge.  Thanks.

  We are even getting some rain and snow here on the Oregon high desert.  When the rain is coming down in sheets, we have about 30% humidity.  :)  Beautiful snow in the mountains and occasionally in the valley's.  Maybe this summer we will not burn up.  Diane
