[or-roots] Matheny in Yamhill County

Hello,
  I'm not sure how my Matheny fits into this mess of Matheny's around the Wheatland ferry, but I have a Mahalia Matheny, possibly born in 1835 in VA, and she was married to Lewis S. Correl/Coryell in Yamhill county in 1851.  Lewis came over in 1847 on the wagon train and on the wagon train list (I forgot the name of the website) it has him marrying her.  I am pretty sure about her first name, because my Grandma remember it (though she could be wrong), but I haven't been able to find anything on her and there can't be that many different Matheny families moving to Yamhill County at about the same time.  I just don't know how she fits.  If anybody has an idea where I might start looking, I'd be incredibly greatful.
