Hi Les
Well it does not name names,but over in the Malhuer and Harney lake areas when my Grt Grandfather had his ranch there was a story about how some men claimed several thousand acres under the swamp act, they swore they rowed accross the land in a boat, they just did not say the boat was on the back of a buckboard.
